随着冲击性及非线性负载在电网中的不断增加,使得电网中电压波动和闪变等电能质量问题越来越严重。大容量电弧炉、点焊机、轧钢机等大功率冲击性负载的接入,导致电压波动和闪变现象时常发生。电压波动及闪变给人们的日常生活和工业带来了许多不利的影响。电网中用户负载的剧烈波动会导致电压波动与闪变等电能质量问题。介绍了电压波动与闪变的基本概念、产生原因与抑制方法以及闪变的检测方法。
With the ever-increasing of impulsive and nonlinear loads in the power system, electrical energy quality problems had become severer. The application of large power and impulse loads, such as are furnaces with large capability, spot welders, rolling mill and compressors, ete, had made the phenomenon of voltage fluctuation and flicker occur frequently. The voltage fluctuation and flicker brought a lot of disadvantages to people' s daily life and industry. The definitions, the causes, the measurement methods and the control methods of voltage fluctuation and flicker were introduced.
