摘要
陕西省发展循环经济已经成为促进本省经济发展的必然要求。在论述循环经济的概念和特征及陕西省发展循环经济的必要性的基础上,阐述了陕西省发展循环经济的举措,从建设和规划生态工业园区,发展生态农业模式,发展"绿色循环旅游",开发共性和实用技术,完善循环经济立法体系,加强发展循环经济的法律保障,发展循环经济四大主体等角度针对陕西省的现状提出了相关措施。
Recycling economic development is a necessary requirement for promoting economic development of Shaanxi province. In this paper, we firstly discuss the definition and characteristics of cycle economic, and then show the necessity to develop recycling economic in shaanxi province. Next, raise some relative measures in the connection with current situation of shaanxi province in developing cycle economic, for example, constructing ecology industry zone; developing ecology agriculture mode; developing ecology cycle tourism by using some common and practical technology; improving legislation of cycle economic; reinforce to develop law protection in recycling economic ; developing four principal parts in recycling economic, and so on.
