摘要
目的：探讨肺癌组织中ＰＫＣ基因表达水平与肺癌临床的关系。方法：应用免疫组织化学染色（ＬＳＡＢ）法，研究８３例非小细胞肺癌组织中ＰＫＣ基因表达水平。结果：肺癌组织ＰＫＣ基因表达水平与肺癌的病期和组织学类型有密切关系。Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲａ期肺癌ＰＫＣ基因表达阳性率分别为１２．５％、４４．８％和６０．９％；鳞癌、腺癌和大细胞肺癌ＰＫＣ基因表达阳性率分别为６０．５％、４３．３％和３０．７％。结论：晚期非小细胞肺癌和肺鳞癌的化疗不敏感性可能与其高水平的ＰＫＣ基因表达有关。
Objective To invenstigate the relationship between the expression of PKC and clinical feature in human non small cell lung cancer.Methods The expression of PKC of cancer tissure was determined by immunohistochemistry(LSAB) in 83 patients with non small cell lung cancer.Results The results showed that the expressional level of PKC in the cancer tissure was significantly related to the stages of the tumor and the hitological types of the cancer.The positive rate of PKC expression in stageⅠ, Ⅱ and Ⅲa was 12.5%, 44.8% and 60.9% respectively. The positive rate of PKC expression in squqamous carcinoma,adenocarcinoma and large cell carcinoma was 60.5%,43.3% and 30.7% respectively.Conclusions The drugresistance to chemotherapy may be related to the high level of PKC expression in the late stage of non small cell lung cancer and the squamous carcinoma of the lung.
