摘要
应用Flexsim仿真软件对装配生产线进行研究,以一条实际的DAB装配生产线为例,对其进行建模仿真,并分析仿真输出结果。针对所存在的问题提出解决方案,再用Flexsim建模,验证方案的可行性,为生产线的仿真研究提供一条可行之路。
Taking an actual DAB assembly line as example, the paper carries out modeling and simulation, analyzes the simulation results. According to the existing problems, it gives out the solution and uses Flexsim again to model in order to decide the feasibility of the solution.
