摘要
PCI总线具有传输速率高、即插即用等优点;DSP因其高速的数据处理能力,在实时高速控制系统中得到了越来越广泛的应用。本文提出了一种基于PCI总线和TI公司的C6000系列DSP高速处理器的激光标记控制系统的硬件设计方法,实现了高速、高精度实时标记控制,并给出了高速六层控制板卡PCB的设计要点。
PCI bus has advantages in high transmission speed and plug and play; DSP has great competence in data processing in high speed, and be more and more comprehensively applied into real time and high speed control system. The paper presents a hardware design method of laser marker control system based on PCI bus and high speed TI's C6000 series DSP processor, achieving high speed, high precision, and real time marking control. It also presents the PCB design points of the high speed six layer control board.
