摘要
用偏离——份额分析法对固原市退耕还林还草前后农业经济结构进行了定量分析评价;用相对粮食与经济承载力的几何平均数分析了相对土地承载能力的变化情况.结果表明:退耕还林(草)后,固原市的农业经济结构调整已取得了一定的成效,但还有待进一步调整;与自治区平均水平接轨,但农业各产业部门的竞争能力明显提高;经济增长速度高于宁夏回族自治区平均水平;平均承载力从治理前的118.5人/km2提高到157.7人/km2,提高了33.1%.
The of agricultural economic structure about comprehensive management of Guyuan before and after returning farm lands to forest and grassland was assessed quantitatively based on Shift-share method, and the change of population-carrying capability was analyzed by the method of geometry average about grain and economy. The results showed that the agricultural economic structure needed to be rationally adjusted in order to keep up with average speed of Ningxia , but the capacity of competition of production departments were raised obviously, and the growth speed of economy was higher than that of the average of Ningxia province, the population-carrying capability raised from 118. 5 man/km^2 to 157.7 man/km^2 , increasing 33.1%.
