摘要
本试验旨在研究复合酶制剂对羔羊蛋白代谢和屠宰性能的影响。试验选用12只体重相近的20±4日龄健康波尔山羊公羔,均分为对照组和试验组(添加0.2%酶制剂)。在羔羊50日龄分别从各组中选取3只进行消化试验,并于80日龄采集血液、屠宰;剩余羊只于80日龄进行消化试验110日龄屠宰。结果显示:与对照组相比在羔羊50 ̄80日龄阶段干物质采食量没有改变(P>0.05),能量消化率极显著提高(P<0.01),蛋白消化率显著提高(P<0.05),血清总蛋白和白蛋白显著提高(P<0.05),血清尿素氮有下降趋势,但未达到显著水平(P>0.05),臀肌和背最长肌总蛋白含量均有升高趋势,但差异不显著,活体重显著提高(P<0.05),日增重、胴体重、肌肉重、骨骼重、屠宰率、眼肌面积均有一定程度提高,但差异不显著;80 ̄110日龄阶段各项指标变化趋势与50 ̄80日龄相似,但蛋白消化率、活体重、血清总蛋白和白蛋白差异不显著。结论:酶制剂可以通过提高营养物质的消化率,为羔羊提供更多的可消化蛋白和能量,增加机体的蛋白沉积,在整体水平上综合提高羔羊的生产性能。
To study the effect of feed multi-enzyme additive on the lamb protein metabolism and slaughter performance. Twelve same body weight and healthy boer lamb of 20 ± 4 day were selected, and average divided in two group, one added 0.2% multi-enzyme,another not.When the 50 day of lamb, half of all group lamb were taken an digestion trial, and be killed on the 80 day.Another haft take digestion trial on 80 day, killed on 110 day. Result show: in the 50 to 80 day phase, compare with the control group feed multi-enzyme don't change DM intake, GE digestibility were higher significantly (P〈0.01), CP digestibility were higher(P〉0.05), plasma total protein (PTP)and albumin (ALB) were significantly higher (P〈0.05), plasma urea nitrogen trend be lower (P〉0.05), the total protein content of gluteus and M . longissimus trend be higher (P〉0.05), live body weight (LBW) significantly enhance ( P〈0.05), average day grow(ADG), Carcass weight(CW), muscle weight(MW), skeleton weight(SW), dressing percent(DP) and eye muscle area(EMR) also be higher(P〉0.05). In the 80 to 110 day phase, all the item have the same trend as the 50 to 80 day phase, but GE digestibility, live body weight, plasma total protein and albumin don' t notable increase. Analysis conclusion: feed multi-enzyme additive can enhance the digestibility of nutrition, consequently provided more available protein and energy, enhance body protein synthesis and retention, integrate improve lamb performance.
