摘要
目的研究头孢呋辛钠的氨解机理和产物。方法运用半制备型HPLC分离提纯降解产物,以波谱方法(UV,IR,HRFABMS,EIMS,ESIMS,1HNMR,13CNMR,1H-1HCOSY,HMQC,HMBC)对其进行结构确证。结果得到头孢呋辛钠的氨解产物并推测了降解机理。结论该氨解产物为首次得到。
Objective To study the mechanism of amlnolysis and degradation product of cefuroxime sodium. Methods The semi- preparative reversed phase HPLC was used to separate and purify constituent, the structure was elucidated by UV, IR, HRFABMS,EIMS, ESIMS,^1HNMR,^13CNMR,^1H- ^1HCOSY,HMQC and HMBC spectral analysis, Results A aminolysis product has been isolated and a hydrolysis mechanism has been supposed. Conclusion The product was obtained for the first time.
