建筑节能是有效利用能源,解决当今能源短缺的有效途径之一,也是绿色建筑、智能建筑的根本要求。积极推进建筑节能,提高建筑物使用过程中的能源利用效率,对于节约能源、减少污染、保护资源和环境、提高人民居住水平,都具有十分重要的意义。概述了既有建筑节能改造的重要性,同时阐述了建筑节能改造的技术内容和建筑节能技术的几种模式。
Construction energy conservation is one of effective paths that makes full use of energy and settles the problem of energy shortage,which is basic demand on green building and intelligent building. So impelling the construction energy conservation and increasing energy＇s utilization ratio have a very important society significance to conserve energy, reduce pollution,protect resource and environment and raise the pepole＇s living level. The importance of the construction energy consovation was summarized, and the technical content of the construction energy conservation and some models on technology were represented.
