摘要
呼吸道生物被膜病以铜绿假单胞菌(PA)为突出值得研究的细菌。其感染的耐药机制可能与藻酸盐形成、PA外膜通透性降低等密度感应系统等有关。目前对呼吸道生物被膜病的治疗主要集中在生物医学材料的改进、破坏QS系统抑制生物被膜的成熟、抗生素联合化疗等,亦有部分治疗方法如EDTA、精氨酸等正处于研究阶段尚未应用于临床。
Nowadays Pseudomonas aeruginosa (PA) is the main disquisitive bacterium. The drug resistant mechanic is probably concerned with the formation of alginate, the low permeability of the membrane, quorum sensing system etc. The therapy of the airway biofilm disease is all about the improvement of the biomedical material to inhibit the biofilm to be maturate, antibiotic combination chemotherapy etc. Furthermore, there are some other therapy methods, for example : EDTA, arginine etc, all of these are on the research stage and not used in clinic.
