摘要 介绍在节能设计审查中发现的未作照明节能计算或采用"倒推法"进行照明计算、计算照明功率密度(LPD)时未将镇流器安装功率计算在内、居住建筑楼梯照明未采用节能自熄开关等常见问题。提出有些审查人员对白炽灯特别敏感,只要在照明设计中采用到白炽灯就判断违反节能条文,以及两个有争议性的问题。最后给出照明节能设计要点:①严格限制、正确计算LPD值;②不能用"倒推法"进行照明计算;③设计中降低LPD值的三项措施。 In this paper, common problems found in the technical examination of energy-saving design is introduced, including that of lighting energy-saving has not been calculated or "reverse method" is adopted in lighting calculation; when calculating lighting power density (LPD), ballast mounting power has not been considered; and the staircase lighting in residence buildings fails to adopt self extinguishing switches, etc. It has been put forward that some technical examiners are especially sensitive to incandescent lamp, as long as incandescent lamps are adopted in lighting design, the related design organization will be judged as violating the energy-saving articles and two disputed issues. Finally, three design consideration of the lighting energy-saving design have been presented: (1) LPD value shall be strictly restricted and correctly calculated;(2) "reverse method" must not be used in lighting calculation; (3) to reduce LPD value in the design.
