摘要
采用水性有机硅树脂和无机硅酸钠溶液共混改性后制备的粘结剂为基料,以缩合磷酸铝为反应固化剂,通过添加空心陶瓷微珠和金属铝粉等功能性填料,制得耐600℃高温、隔热保温效果显著的隔热涂料。
A high-temperature resistant thermal insulating coatings showed remarkable heat insulation efficiency has been prepared from adhesive as binder made of water-borne silicon resin and inorganic sodium silicate solution, condensed aluminum phosphate as curing agent and hollow ceramic micro-spheres,aluminium powders as fillers.
