摘要
从等离子焊接原理、特点出发,介绍等离子焊接技术在不锈钢管道、不锈钢储运罐箱、不锈钢染整设备、低温气瓶、特材化工容器、制药设备、食品机械、气氛工业炉、军工装备、阀门堆焊等的具体应用;分析了等离子焊接电源、焊枪、气体模块、温控水箱等设备的要求;介绍了焊接电流、等离子气流量、焊接速度、喷嘴距离、钨极种类及直径等等离子焊接工艺参数;结合工艺介绍了等离子焊接缺陷产生的原因,并结合不锈钢罐箱生产介绍了高效、高质双枪复合焊接工艺。
Base on principle and characteristics of plasma welding,this paper introduces the specific application of plasma technology in the stainless steel pipe,stainless steel storage tank,stainless steel dyeing ＆ finishing equipment,low-temperature gas cylinder, special material chemical container,pharmaceutical equipment,food machinery,atmosphere industrial furnace,military industry equipment,valve surfacing ere.It analyses the requirements of power,torch,gas module and cooling control water container,and introduces some plasma welding technology parameters, such as welding cun＇ent, plasma gas flow,welding speed ,nozzle distance,type and diameter of tungsten,etc.It also introduces the reasons of plasma welding defects and high effective and qualitative double guns hybrid welding technology combined with the production of stainless steel tank.
