摘要
目的探索在多媒体教学环境下,病案导入-情景模拟教学方法在《儿科护理学》教学中应用效果。方法于2004年3月~2005年7月,从03级、04级高护班级中各随机抽出1个班为教改实验组,采用多媒体环境下病案导入-情景模拟教学方法。另外在同专业、同年级的非教改班中分别随机抽取2个班平均分在两个对照组,即对照组(A)2个班和对照组(B)2个班。对照组(A)采用的是传统的教学方法结合多媒体教学,对照组(B)采用的是传统的教学方法。结果三组使用相同试卷,统一时间进行闭卷考试,实验组分别与对照组(A)、(B)比较,结果P均<0.01,差异具有显著性意义。结论在多媒体环境下进行病案导入-情景模拟教学方法,不仅利于学生有重点的掌握必要的理论知识,增加其学习兴趣、提高学习成绩,同时侧重学生素质与能力的提高,值得推广。
Objective To probe the effect of applying case-leading-in and scene simulating method in Pediatric nursing training. Method Two higher degree nursing reform classes enrolled from March 2004 to July 2005 were randomly divided into experimental group( applying case-leading and scene simulating method under multimedia environment ), contrast group A (applying traditional teaching method plus multimedia software ) and contrast group B (applying single traditional teaching method ) Result There were significant difference in Examination achievement by the uniform examination for the three groups for two years (P〈0.01). Conclusion Pediatric nursing training applying case-leading and scene simulating method under multimedia environment will improve students the examination scores, and enhance their interesting and studying achievement.
