摘要
在研究和分析现有各种LED显示屏控制电路的基础上,提出了一种基于串行FLASH存储器的LED显示控制系统。该系统由STC12C5410高速IT单片机和有SPI接口的SST25VF016B串行大容量FLASH存储器组成。同时给出了基于该控制系统的数据组织方法及相应的硬件电路,并以256×64点阵双色LED显示屏为例说明其如何在实际应用,也对LED显示屏的数据组织和硬件电路设计进行了一些初步探讨。
This article researches and analyses each kind of I,ED display monitor control circuit foundation, proposes a kind of LED display control system based on serial El,ASH memory. This system is composed by STC12C5410 high speed IT single chip and SST25VF016B which has SPI connection by the serial large capacity FLASH memory. Simultaneously has given based on this control system data organization method and the corresponding hardware electric circuit. And how explain it takes 256 × 64 lattice double color LED display monitor as the example in the practical application. Also has carried on some preliminary discussions to the LED display monitor data organization and the hardware circuit design.
