摘要
在0.2 MW循环流化床上进行实验,以棉杆为燃料,分别采用石英砂和高铝矾土颗粒作为床料,长时间稳定运行。对运行过程中的床料、结渣块取样进行XRF以及SEM分析,分析生物质循环流化床运行中产生结渣的原因。研究结果表明,床料和结渣块中富集了大量的碱金属,并且随着运行时间的延长,富集的含量越来越高。生物质灰中的碱金属和床料中的SiO2反应生成低共熔点的硅酸盐化合物是引起结渣的主要原因。
Combustion tests were carried out in a circulation fluidized bed combustion pilot plant (0.2 MW). Two bed materials were used in order to studying the agglomeration during combustion of a biomass fuel. One of the bed materials is silica, the other one is aluminous soil. During the operation was running, We picked up some sample of bed material and the agglomeration block. Two inStrumental approaches were empolyed (XRF, SEM) to identify the bed materials (fresh ones and the degrade ones) and clinkers formed in the tests. The result shows that there was alkali enrichment on the bed material particles. Since there is high content of alkali species in the biomass ash, to agglomeration is caused by the low melting point alkaline silicate.
