摘要
目的研究微波技术在黄连小檗碱提取中的应用效果。方法采用单因素实验和正交实验考察不同因素对微波技术提取黄连小檗碱的影响,优选提取工艺条件。结果微波炉在高火,提取10min,料液比为1:30时提取率增加42.2%。结论微波提取技术应用于黄连小檗碱的提取,具有提取率高,省时、高效、节能等优点。
Objective To study the application effect on extraction of Berberine from Coptis chinensis by microwave technology. Methods Based on the single factors test and orthogonal test, the effect of different factors on extraction of berberine from Coptis chinensis was studied by microwave technology, and optimize extracting conditions were got. Results When microwave oven was at high fire with material and solvent ratio 1 : 30 for l0 min , the extracting rate increased 42.2%. Conclusion The berberine of coptis chinensis is extracted by microwave ,which can save time and enhance extract -efficiency, save organic solvent and reduce the use of energy .
