摘要
目的建立大山楂丸中总黄酮的含量测定方法。方法采用分光光度法,以槲皮素为对照品,对其进行络合显色,在510nm波长处测定吸收度,从而测定大山楂丸中总黄酮的含量。结果线性范围在0.020004~0.10002mg·ml^(-1)(r =0.9993)之间,平均回收率为96.02%,RSD=1.22%(n=5)。结论该法简便易行、重现性好、结果可靠,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective To establish ultraviolet spectrophotometry for the content determination of Total Flavones in Dashanzha Pill. Methods Quercetin was selected as reference material, and the samples were determined at 510 nm. Results The linear range for quercetin was 0.020 004 - 0. 100 02 mg · ml^-1 (r = 0. 999 3 ). The recovery rate was 96.02% ; RSD = 1.22% ( n = 5 ). Conclusion This method is easy to handle with good accuracy and reproducibility, and is suitable for the quality control of Dashanzha Pill.
