摘要
目的:探讨黄芪注射液(HI)合用复方丹参注射液对不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)患者血中内皮素(ET)及肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)的影响。方法:69例UAP患者随机分为3组,分别用黄芪注射液合用复方丹参注射液(治疗组)、单纯黄芪注射液(黄芪组)、单纯复方丹参注射液(丹参组)治疗20d,观察治疗前后血ET和TNF-α含量,并与21例健康人比较。结果:UAP患者血ET和TNF-α均明显高于健康人(P<0.01和P<0.05);黄芪组患者治疗后ET和TNF-α均明显下降(P<0.05);治疗后丹参组ET明显下降(P<0.05),TNF-α无明显下降(P>0.05);治疗组ET下降明显优于黄芪组和丹参组(P<0.05),治疗组TNF-α下降明显优于丹参组(P<0.05)。结论:黄芪注射液能有效调节ET、TNF-α代谢状况,减少心肌缺血损伤程度,与复方丹参注射液合用有协同作用。
OBJECTIVE To study the effect of Huangqi injection(HI)combined with compound Danshen injeetion(DSI) on plasma endothelin(ET) and serum tumor necrosis factor-(TNF-α) in patient with unstable angina pectoris(UAP). METHODS Sixty-nine UAP patients were divided into three groups randomly and treated with HI combined with DSI, HI alone and DSI alone respectively for 20 days. The plasma ET and TNF-α were measured before and after treatment. Data were compared among the three groups and also compared with those measured in 21 healthy subjects for control. RESULTS The levels of ET and TNF-α were higher significantly in UAP patents than those in healthy subjects(P〈0. 05). After HI treatment,ET and TNF-α significantly lowered(P〈0. 05) ,while TNF-α remained unchanged(P〉0. 05). After AI combined with CSI treatment, ET levels was lower significantly than those of HI and DSI(P〈0. 05) ,TNF-level was lower was lower significantly than that of DSI (P〈0. 05). CONCLUSION HI is an effective drug for UAP treatment,which could efficiently regulate the ET and TNF-α metabolism and ameliorate the degree of myocardial ischemia damage; HI combined with DSI could increase the effect on myocardial ischemia.
