摘要 本文针对示波器计量检定涉及的指标多、要求精度高、耗时长的特点,介绍了一种基于GPIB接口的示波器自动检定系统。通过GPIB总线接口将所有测试仪器连成一体,实现了对示波器的全自动检定。通过实验验证,与传统的手动检定相比,该系统提高了示波器检定系统的检定精度和检定效率,具有广阔的应用前景。 In this paper, an automatic verification system for oscilloscope is introduced based on tne cnaracteristics, multi-parameter, high precision and longtime-consuming when the oscilloscope is measured and verified. In the automatic verification system, all the instruments are connected via the GPIB bus, and the oscilloscope can be verified automatically by this system Compared with traditionally manual verification, the system has been improved in the verification precision and efficiency. This system has extensive application foreground.
