摘要
法律现代化是我国现代化系统工程中不可分割的重要部分。随着社会主义市场经济的日益成熟,引导和协调市场经济的我国经济法的发展和研究就成为一个十分重要的课题。目前,经济法的调整对象已随着社会经济的发展而日趋多元化,其调整方式随之也演变,经济法本土化的趋势也日渐突出,彰显出很强的现时性和本土性特征。
The legal modernization is an important part in modernization systems engineering of our country. Along with the mature of socialist market economy day by day, developing and researching our country economic law which guides and coordinates the market economy becomes an extremely important topic. At present, the controlled member of economic law has multiplied along with the social and economy development. Its adjustment way also evolves along with it, the localization tendency of the economic law also highlights day after day, which appears clearly the very strong present and the aboriginality characteristic.
