摘要
现有的分析框架探讨了组织的探索性与开发性创新和组织绩效之间的关系,但也存在着明显的缺陷,即未能探讨组织探索性与开发性创新形成的组织影响因素及其作用机理。研究表明,组织的吸收能力在促进或抑制组织两类创新过程中起了关键的作用。其中,实现的吸收能力有助于开发性创新的形成,而潜在的吸收能力则保障了探索性创新所需知识的获取。同时,由于吸收能力的惯性特征,导致了组织探索性创新和开发性创新的惯性。
The existing organization exploration & exploitation analysis framework discussed the relationship between explorative & exploitative innovation and organization performance. But the limitation is that the analysis framework did not consider some key organizational factors and their functional mechanism. Research explored that organization absorptive capacity and its inertia has significant importance in the process of organization innovation, and gives the conclusion that the realized absorptive capacity facilitates the exploitation innovation, and the potential absorptive capacity helps to ensure the new knowledge exploration innovation requires. And, the inertia of absorptive capacity results in the inertia of explorative & exploitative innovations.
