摘要
[目的]建立"让病人满意"的营销服务模式,维持良好的就医环境,满足医疗竞争的需要。[方法]通过深入调查研究,分析病人需求的特点,采取强化服务营销意识,实施规范化管理,实行一站式导医,实行人性化服务等措施。[结果]适应了门诊的需要,提高了病人的满意度。[结论]现代营销理论可在医院护理管理中进一步推广应用。
[Objective]To establish the market model of"satisfying patients",to maintain a better medicine condition and to satisfy the needs of medical contest.[Methods]The characteristics of the patients’ requests was analyzed;the market consciousness was strengthened;the uniformed management,one-step medical guiding,personality service were carried out.[Results]The needs of patients were satisfied and the score of the patients’ satisfaction was improved.[Conclusion]The modern market theory can be widely used in the nursing management of hospitals.
