摘要
"十五"期间,北京市初步形成了以农村养老保险、新型农村合作医疗、农村最低生活保障为主要内容的农村社会保障体系,建立了农村最低生活保障制度。但随着城市化进程的加快,本市农村的社会保障问题仍很突出,尤其是农村养老保险问题,需要具体分析,并采取相应的解决对策。
During the ＂the Tenth Five-year Plan＂, the social security system of rural areas in Beijing has primarily been set up, whose main contents are endowment insurance, new-style cooperated medical treatment and minimum living security. However, with quickening of urbanization process, problems about social security in rural areas of Beijing become outstanding, especially the endowment insurance, which needs specific analysis and corresponding measures.
