带冠涡轮叶片的振动特性分析 被引量:9

摘要 针对带冠涡轮叶片的振动特性分析,建立考虑叶冠圈连效应和叶片—轮盘耦合效应的三维有限元模型,对叶冠边界条件考虑叶冠工作面完全固接和叶冠工作面接触两种情况。简要介绍处理叶冠接触边界条件的方法。在对带冠涡轮叶片振动特性进行分析的同时,研究不同接触边界条件对振动特性的影响。结果表明,单个叶片或整圈叶片分析模型均不能正确反映带冠涡轮叶片的振动特性,对带冠涡轮叶片进行振动分析必须考虑叶片—轮盘耦合效应和叶冠接触条件。考虑耦合效应和叶冠接触时叶片—轮盘系统的刚性降低,系统更易发生节径型振动;采用罚函数法处理叶冠的接触边界条件是一种简便有效的方法。 For vibration characteristic analysis of shrouded turbine blades, three-dimensional finite element models was established, shroud loopod effect and blade-disk coupling effect were considered, in the models shroud was regarded as whole loop, or was regarded as in contact condition. The techniques of dealing with the contact boundary condition of shroud was also introduced briefly. Moreover, the vibration characteristic analysis of shrouded turbine blades was carr/ed out, and the effect of different boundary condition on the vibration characteristic was also investigated. The result reveals that neither single-blade model nor looped-blade model is capable of reflecting correctly the vibration characteristic of shrouded turbine blades. The blade-disk coupling effect and contact condition of shroud should be taken into account when analyzing the vibration characteristic of shrouded turbine blades. When considering the coupling effect and boundary contact condition of shroud, the shrouded blade-disk systematic rigidity is reduced, blade-disk system easily occur nodal diameter mode. The result also indicates that it is a simple and effective way to employ the penalty function method to deal with the contact boundary condition of shroud.
