摘要
医疗卫生资源的城乡二元分布状况严重影响我国社会主义和谐社会的构建,政府职能"缺位"是导致农村医疗卫生产品供给滞后的根本原因。以政府"缺位"为视角分析我国农村医疗卫生事业领域存在的问题,并就政府"缺位"的原因进行解析,从公共财政角度提出解决我国农村医疗卫生事业领域中政府"缺位"问题的对策构想。
The dual distribution of health care resources in urban and rural areas has a severe negative impact on building a harmonious sceialist sceiety, while the basic reason lies in the absence of government function that lead to the supply shortage of medical and health products in rural areas. By analyzing the problems in the field of rural medical and health care of our country from the perspective of the ＂absence＂ of government function, then it pointed out the reasons, finally it put forward some suggestions so as to solve the problem of the ＂absence＂ of government function in China＇s rural health care in view of public finance.
