成型方法对酞菁铟/PMMA复合材料反饱和吸收性能影响

摘要 自行合成枯丁苯氧基碘代酞菁铟反饱和吸收化合物,将其添加到聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)基质中,分别采用浇铸聚合、注射成型、提拉成膜3种成型方法制备出酞菁铟/PMMA反饱和吸收材料。测试了3种不同成型方法材料的紫外-可见光谱与反饱和吸收特性,通过测试发现在酞菁铟掺杂比例相同的条件下,注射成型及提拉成膜材料样品的起始阈值、箝位值、动态范围大大高于浇铸成型材料样品,注射成型材料样品的反饱和吸收性能与提拉成膜材料比较基本相当,但是材料的稳定性、力学性能比薄膜材料有很大提高,更接近于实用化。 A reverse saturated absorption compound-4-cumylphenyl phthalocyanine indium was synthesized.The compound was mixed into poly(methylic methyl acrylate)(PMMA).Three molding methods including cast polymerization,injection molding and vertical sliding film were applied and phthalocyanine indium/PMMA composites were prepared.UV-VIS spectra and reverse saturated absorption characteristics of the materials prepared by three different molding methods were tested.The results show that threshold value,catching value and dynamic range of samples prepared by injection molding and vertical sliding film are higher than those of cast molding material at the same doped proportion of phthalocyanine indium.Reverse saturated absorption performances of injection molding and vertical sliding samples were similar,but compared with film materials,stability and mechanical property of injection molding samples were increased greatly,it was more close to utility.Injection molding method provides a new approach for preparing new style optical limiting material.
