摘要
利用黑木耳及黑芝麻这一类药食兼用食品,再配以其它营养丰富的辅料,经过精细加工及对各项理化指标的严格控制,通过多次调配并利用L9(33)正交试验确定最佳配方:木耳约10%,淀粉约25%,糖约35%。开发了一种新型、安全的营养保健食品。本品香甜可口,营养丰富,抗衰老、乌发养发、调节血脂,特别适合老年人群食用。
Auricularia auricular and black-seeded sesame can be used in medicine and food in virtue of including many kinds of nutritional compositions. The optimal formula of Auricularia auricular powders established by L9(3^3) orthogonal test is: Auricularia auricular 10%, starch 25% and sugar 35%. A kind of safe and nutritional food was developed. It is suitable for old people with the function of anti-aging and adjusting blood lipids.
