摘要
以反相悬浮法制备了N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺交联淀粉微球,通过醚化剂GTA与淀粉微球反应制得了阳离子型淀粉微球.用FT-IR和XRD对阳离子型淀粉微球的结构进行了分析,以扫描电镜和粒度分析仪对微球形貌进行了表征.结果表明,所合成的交联阳离子型淀粉微球形态圆整,表面粗糙,微球中存在酰氨基结构,并接枝有季胺盐阳离子基团;与可溶性淀粉相比,阳离子淀粉微球的结晶度有所降低;引发剂、交联剂和油水比对微球的平均粒径有较大的影响.
The starch microspheres crosslinked with N,N'-methylene-bis-acrylamide was synthesized by inverse suspension method using soluble starch as material. Then the cationic starch microspheres were prepared from the neutral starch microspheres by the secondary polymerization with GTA as cationic etherifying agent. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), XRD and granularity analyzer were used to characterize cationic starch microspheres. The influence of different preparation conditions on average diameter cationic starch microspheres was analyzed. The results show that the cationic starch microspheres with acylamino and quaternary ammonium cation are spherical and even distributing particulates with granulation surface, and the average diameter of the product is about 51.2 μm compared with starch, the crystallization ratio of the cationic starch microspheres was decreased.
