摘要
以棉籽油为原料,首先进行甲醇酯交换反应,接着与顺丁烯二酸酐发生酯化反应,然后在75-80℃条件下通空气氧化6h并亚硫酸化,最终制备出了一种新型的结合型加脂剂.实验着重对影响氧化反应的各因素进行了研究和探讨,得出了反应的最佳条件.该工艺简便可行,环境友好,制备的加脂剂乳化性能优良,加脂效果好.
A novel combined fatliquor was prepared with cottonseed oil as the mail raw material according to the following technologies: Initially, the partial glyceride were synthesized by transesterification of cottonseed oil with methyl alcohol, and then the partial glyceride was esterified with maleic anhydrire. Finally, the reaction mixture was oxidized by air at 75 -80℃ for 6 h and sulfited by sulfite. The key reaction-oxidation was investigated, and the optimum technology parameters were confirmed. The synthesis technology is simple and en- vironmental friendly, and the resultant fatliquors have good emulsification and fatliquoring properties.
