摘要
总结蒿芩清胆汤加减治疗外感发热４８例，病种有上呼吸道感染１４例，泌尿系感染１２例，肺部感染１０例，胆囊炎６例，伤寒３例，恙虫病３例等传染病与感染性疾病，均属于温病范畴。根据岭南地区气候、地理环境、人群体质等特点，采用蒿芩清胆汤加减治疗，结果治愈２０例，显效１８例，有效６例，无效４例，总有效率为９１．７％，经治后４天内退热占４４例，初步显示了中医药治疗外感发热的优势。
Haoqin Qingdan Tang was applied for the treatment of 48 cases with exogeneaus febrile diseases,including upper respiratory tract infection(14 cases),urinary infection(12 cases),lung infection (10 cases),cholecystitis(6 cases),typhoid fever (3 cases),and shashitsu (3 cases).According to the theory of TCM,these diseases may be attributive to the category of epidemic febrile disease and can be treeted with Haoqin Qingdan Tang.The results showed that 20 cases were cured,18 cases markedly effective, 6 cases effective and 4 cases ineffective,the effective rate being 91.7%.The advantage of chinese herbs for treating exogenous febrile diseases was elicited in this study.
