摘要
阐述了图书馆在全民素质教育中的重要性,提出了发挥图书馆职能,提高全民的综合文化素质和道德水平、建设和谐社会的若干措施。
This paper expounds the importance of the library in promoting the national literacy education, and puts forward some measures for giving full play to library’s functions, improving the national comprehensive cultural literacy and moral level, and constructing the harmonious society.
