摘要
对采集到的AMR磁栅尺磁头输出波形进行了付里叶谐波分析,发现了波形中的半次谐波现象.对该现象产生的原因以及半次谐波幅度与磁头水平偏角的关系进行了定性分析.磁头水平偏角为零时输出波形不含半次谐波,磁头水平偏角越大,半次谐波幅度就越高;在偏角小于3°的小角度范围内,两者之间基本上是一个线性关系;磁头水平偏角的正负变化会引起半次谐波项正负的变化.结果对正确使用AMR薄膜磁电阻磁头,提高磁栅尺测量系统的精度有指导意义.
The harmonics of the output waveforms of AMR magnetic grating ruler head were analyzed and the half harmonics' phenomena were observed for the first time. The cause of this phenomena and the relationship between the half harmonics amplitude and the slant angle of the magnetic head were analyzed qualitatively. There is no half harmonics in the output waveform when the horizontal slant angle of magnetic head is equal to zero. The bigger the horizontal slant angle of magnetic head, the higher is the half harmonic amplitude. They maintain a linearity relationship when the slant angle is less than 3°. When the slant angle changes from positive to negative, the amplitudes of the half harmonics change also from positive to negative. The results are expected to be useful for correctively using the AMR magnetic grating ruler head and improving the measuring accuracy.
