摘要
通过自动化实验室反应量热器(RC1e)测试向混酸中滴加甲苯这一半间歇硝化过程中的反应量热数据,根据相关理论对该硝化反应进行初步的热危险及反应失控分析。采用等温条件下的反应量热器实验(RC1e)研究不同的工艺条件,如搅拌速度、加料速度和设定温度等参数对反应结果的影响,总结出最优工艺反应条件,推导出反应失控条件下的绝热温升和所能达到的最大温度等参数。分析结果表明:在设定的工艺条件下,采用半间歇反应可以使失控反应的严重度等级从中等降低到低等,在设定操作条件下假定反应失控所引发的最大温度是在工艺条件允许的范围之内,不具有很大的危险性。
By adding toluene into the reactor filled with mixed acid, the thermochemistry and thermodynamics parameters of semi-batch reaction were measured which can be used for safer operation design. A series of toluene nitration experiments were carried out in an isothermal reaction calorimeter (RC1e) to study the influences of different operating conditions such as stirring speed, feeding rate and setting temperature and so on. The thermal hazard assessment of toluene nitration was derived from the measured calorimetric data, the adiabatic temperature increase(△Tad) and maximal temperature attainable(MTSRmax) in a runaway situation can also be derived. Results indicate that the severity of a loss of control for mononitration of toluene by mixed acid can be reduced from medium to low by using semi-batch reactor, the MTSRmax under setting operating conditions are all in the range that can be accepted by the industrial nitration, so the reaction has less hazard potential by using those setting conditions.
