EAP三级干预体系的构建、实施与维护 被引量:3

摘要 本文借鉴医学、心理学领域和国外已有员工援助计划(EAP)的研究成果,建立了组织EAP三级干预体系,并针对各级的干预水平确立了相应的目标人群和干预方法,最后指出了此干预系统的维护办法,为组织开展、实施EAP项目提供了参考和依据。
