摘要
目的:评价4种他汀类药物治疗高血脂症的成本-效果。方法:将180例高血脂患者随机分为A(氟伐他汀)、B(洛伐他汀)、C(普伐他汀)、D(辛伐他汀)4组,观察各组疗效,并进行成本-效果分析。结果:A、B、C、D组疗效分别为82.98%、88.37%、86.96%、88.64%(P>0.05),成本分别为139.16、73.36、136.08、63.84元,成本-效果比分别为167.70、83.01、156.49、72.02。结论:辛伐他汀治疗高血脂症较佳。
OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the cost- effectiveness of four kinds of statins in the treatment of hyperlipoidemia. METHODS：A total of 180 patients with hyperlipoidemia were randomly divided into 4 groups：Group A was assigned to receive fluvastatin, Group B to receive lovastatin, Group C to receive provastatin, and Group D to receive simvastatin.The therapeutic effects and the adverse drug reactions of the four groups were observed, and on which a cost - effectiveness analysis was performed.RESULTS： The effective rates of Groups A, B, C and D were 82.98%, 88.37%, 86.96%, and 88.64%, respectively （P 〉 0. 05） ; the costs were 139.16yuan, 73.36yuan, 136. 08yuan, and 63.84yuan, respectively, and the cost - effectiveness ratios were 167.70, 83.01,156.49, and 72.02, respectively. CONCLUSION ： Among the 4 schemes, Group D（simvastatin） is the optimal one for hyperlipoidemia.
