摘要 根据MH/Ni电池的特性实验,建立了一种考虑到MH/Ni电池的电压迟滞特性的等效电路模型。以45 Ah MH/Ni电池为实验对象,基于电池脉冲实验数据,运用最小二乘法进行模型参数的辨识;通过测试和迟滞电压Vh=0的设定,得出了MH/Ni电池的迟滞电压随充放电时间的响应曲线。使用Matlab/Simulink建立了MH/Ni电池的等效电路仿真模型,仿真与实验的数据表明:考虑了迟滞电压的模型端电压,最大误差低于5 mV;未考虑迟滞电压的模型端电压,最大误差大于10 mV。 According to the characteristics test of Ni/MH battery, an equivalent circuit model including hysteresis voltage of Ni/ MH battery was built. The model parameters were discerned based on the pulse test data of the 45 Ah Ni/MH experiment battery by the least square method. The response curves of hysteresis voltage of Ni/MH battery to the charge-discharge time were educed by the test and definition of the zero hysteresis voltage ( Vh = 0). The equivalent circuit simulation model of Ni/MH battery was established by using Matlab/Simulink, the simulation and test data indicated that the maximum error of model end voltage was leas than 5 mV when the hysteresis voltage was considered, while the error was more than 10 mV when the hysteresis voltage was not considered.
