摘要
Ｂ型超声诊断腹膜后肿瘤，分析其不同超声影像特征，对腹膜后良、恶性肿瘤的诊断。本文超声探测６１例均有病理证实对照分析。结果：超声探测腹膜后良性肿瘤准确性为９３．５％，恶性肿瘤诊断准确性为９６．６％。应用Ｂ型超声诊断腹膜后肿瘤的诊断准确率较高。
The retroperitoneal tumors were diagnosed by B mode ultrasound. The features of acoustie and imaging pattern are described of various types. Misdiagnosis and identification between begin and malignant of tumors are discussed and analyzed. The result of ultrasound examination is reported of 61 cases of retroperitoneal tumors confirmed by pathologic examination. B mode ultrasound examination of the retroperitoneal tumors, benign tumors accuracy rate 93.5% and malignant tumors accuracy rate 96.6%. The high accuracy rate of B mode ultrasound diagnosis for retroperitoneal tumors.
