摘要
介绍了上海石油化工股份有限公司延迟焦化装置冷焦水密闭处理改造新技术的工业应用情况,表明通过采用重力沉降-旋流分离-空冷器密闭处理流程,基本上解决了原来敞开式处理流程所带来的环境问题,收到了较好的效果。
Commercial application of coke cooling water sealed treatment technology in the revamping of delayed coking unit in Shanghai Petrochemical Corporation is introduced.Problems in environmental protection caused by open type treatment of coke cooling water have been basically solved by adopting gravity settling hydrocyclone and air cooler sealed treatment technology.Good effects have been obtained.
