摘要
直线电机牵引系统要求在轨枕上安装感应板,使得直线电机用混凝土轨枕与传统混凝土轨枕受力大不相同。结合广州轨道交通4号线直线电机专用混凝土轨枕的研制,介绍了直线电机专用混凝土轨枕的特点、技术要求、生产工艺和质量检验要求。试验结果和运营使用证明该轨枕的研究与开发取得了成功。
Induction plate is requested to be installed on the sleeper by the traction system of linear motor to make the load of the special concrete sleeper for linear motor and that of the traditional concrete sleeper quite different. In the light of the development of the special concrete sleeper for linear motor in Guangzhou Track Transit No. 4 Line, this paper introduces the characters, technical demands, production technics and quality inspection demands of the special sleeper for linear motor. The success of the research and development of that sleeper has been proved by testing results and its operation.
