摘要
本文以中国出口巴基斯坦核电站为例,针对核电这一特殊领域,按照《国际核安全法规》,就如何建立和实施质量管理体系进行了阐述,并对部分子系统的建立和实施提供了思路和方法。
Taking Pakistan Nuclear Power Plant imported by China as an example, according to International Nuclear Safety Code, this text elaborates establishment and implementation of quality management system,and offers thought and approach for establishment of partial sub-systems aiming at the particular field of nuclear power plant.
