国有企业作为我国国民经济的重要基础和支柱,肩负着重要的职责。而企业党委参与企业决策,则能够完善公司制企业的领导体制,保证、监督党和国家的方针、政策在企业中的贯彻执行,为国有企业的改革和发展提供有力保证。
Governmental enterprise as being important foundation and support of our country＇s civil economy, it shoulders great responsibility. And the party committee of enterprise to participate in enterprise decision-making is significant for improving the leadership of enterprises, guaranteeing and supervise the party and state＇s guideline and policies to be thoroughly fulfilled in the enterprises, and it also is able to provide strong guarantee to the reform and development of governmental enterprises.
