摘要
文章首先在分析循环经济与生态城市内涵的基础上阐明了循环经济与生态城市的关系,再从五个方面阐述了乌鲁木齐城市圈构建循环经济型生态城市的必要性,最后结合实际重点论述了乌鲁木齐城市圈构建循环经济型生态城市的模式.
This article exposes the relation between circular economy and ecglogy city on the basis of analyzing the connotation of circular economy and ecology city first. Then it elaborates the necessities of constructing circular economy ecology city for Urumqi metropolitan region from five aspects. Finally it mainly elaborates the model of constructing circular economy ecology city for Urumqi metropolitan region according to the reality.
