摘要
针对目前单摄像头监控系统存在智能化程度低、目标图像分辨率低的缺点,提出了双摄像头智能监控系统方案,实现了对动态目标自动识别和跟踪,同时又能监控整个场景的全部情况.提出了利用彩色图像帧间差阈值法提取动态目标,提高了目标提取的完整性并降低了噪声.采用改进的灰度匹配后期补偿算法实现云台的闭环控制,提高了控制精度.
A set of project for controlling console of two cameras intelligently is presented in order to overcome the disadvantages of the current surveillance system of single camera in the intelligence. It realized monitoring the whole scene while auto recognizing of moving object. A method using color scale thresholds is improved, so that the object is integrity, and noise is reduced greatly. Improved gray-scale image matching algorithm makes the control precision satisfied for closed-loop console control system.
