摘要
用电导法测定10种(品种)山楂叶片经过一系列高温处理后的相对电导率,配合Logistic方程,求出拐点得出组织的半致死温度(LT50)。结果表明:10种(品种)山楂的耐热性从强到弱的顺序为:阿尔泰山楂、华盛顿山楂、俄罗斯山楂、英国山楂‘红云’、红蕊山楂、摩登山楂‘托巴’、绿山楂‘冬国王’、皱叶山楂、英国山楂‘红保罗’、鸡矩山楂。
A series of high temperature treatment for the excised leaves of 10 species of hawthorn trees were carried out, and then the electric conductivities of the leaves were measured. According to Logistic equation, the semi-lethal temperature of the plant tissues was gotten through seeking the point of inflexion on the curve. The results indicated that the descending order of heat tolerance of the tested hawthorn trees was Crataegus altaica, C. phaenopyrum, C. ambigua, C. laevigata ‘Crimson Cloud',C. lavallei , C. moroenensis ‘Toba', C. viridis ‘Winter King', C. mollis‘ Downy' , C. laevigata ‘Paul's Scarlet', C. crus-galli‘Inermis'.
