摘要
为研究珍稀树种香果树Emmenhenry opterysi的生根和移栽技术,以继代培养的香果树无根试管苗为材料,进行了试管内生根和试管外生根试验。结果表明,试管内生根用MS—B+IBA0.5mg·L^-1+蔗糖20g·L^-1+琼脂7g·L^-1作培养基,培养20d其生根率达100%;试管外生根用20mg·L^-1 ABT生根粉处理10min,无根苗扦插成活率达84%。不同生根类型、不同生根时间、不同茎粗和不同炼苗时间的试管苗移栽试验结果显示,试管苗生根后20d左右,直径达0.15cm以上,炼苗3~5d移栽效果最好。适宜的移栽基质是腐殖质土与珍珠岩按3:1混合,其移栽成活率达87%。
For studying the rooting and transplanting technology, the rooting experiments in test-tube and outside were tested. The results indicated that the suitable rooting media was MS - B + IBA0.5 mg·L^- 1 + 20g·L^-1 sucrose + 7g· L^-1 agar,with 100% rooting rate in twenty days. The survival rate of cutting seedling was 84% by soaking the test-tube seedling without root 10 minutes using 20mg·L^-1 ABT. By the transplanting tests of different rooting types and times ,different diameter of seedlings and times of hardening seedling, the results showed that the suitable transplanting time was about 20 days after rooting and hardening 3 -5 days, when the seedling with 0.15cm diameter. The mixed media of humus soil and perlite at the rate of three to one was the best one for transplanting test-tube seedling of E. opterysi,with 87% survival rate.
