有机半导体薄膜由于具有特殊离域的。电子体系的特殊结构,特别是LB膜制备技术的采用,使得制备的有机半导体薄膜具有定向性和极高的比表面积,在气体传感器应用中显示出优异的性能.本文主要讨论了平面电极式有机半导体薄膜气体传感器研制中与表面和界面有关的技术问题及其解决的基本方法.
Considerable attention is now being given to exploring the large range of organic molecules with potentially significant gas sensor behavior. The compounds containing π-electron delocalisation provide the possible candidates forthese system. It is given a discussion for the surface and interface problems.
