摘要
从像差理论出发,通过实例介绍了扩束器的具体设计过程,并给出了物镜通光口径为200mm、焦距400mm、视场为2m rad、放大倍率为40倍和主工作波长为0.6328μm的扩束器结构参量,通过改变目镜与物镜间距还可以对波长0.532μm和1.064μm的激光进行同倍率的扩束,在应用时不必重新设计扩束器或目镜系统即可以对这三种波长进行扩束,使用方便,也节约成本。
Based on aberration theory,the design method of beam expander is detailed through an example.A beam expander is presented:the entrance pupil diameter of its objective is 200mm,focal length is 400mm,the field of view is 2mrad,the magnitude ratio is 40 and the primary working wavelength is 0.6328μm.The results of optical design have been given.When the distances between the objective and eyepiece are adjusted reasonably,the beam expander can be also used laser with wavelengths of 0.532μm or 1.064μm with the same magnitude ratio.It is no use to design new beam expander systems or eyepiece systems for these 3 waves.It can be used easily and save a lot of costs.
