摘要
新农村建设是党中央根据我国经济社会发展的阶段特点,为解决农村问题而明确提出的重要战略举措。农村人才是新农村建设中坚力量,农村人才问题的关键是培养问题。面对农村人才现状,农村人才培养的意义重大,需要对培养问题进行较系统的思考。
The construction of new rural area is an important strategical action, which is brought definitely forward by the central leadership of the Party according to the phase＇s specialties of the development of our country＇s economy and society, in order to solve the rural problem. Qualified persons are the main force in the rural area development, and the key to the problem is how to train them. Faced with the status of qualified persons, it is significant to train personnels in rural area. We must try to think over the problem systematically.
