摘要
目的:观察热休克蛋白70(HSP70)在人骨肉瘤组织中的表达。方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测55例骨肉瘤组织,其中骨母细胞型24例,软骨母细胞型20例,纤维母细胞型11例,以及30例正常骨组织中HSP70的表达情况。结果:HSP70在正常骨组织与骨肉瘤组织中的表达率分别为20%(6/30)及96.4%(53/55),平均阳性细胞率分别为0.53%和95.57%,两者差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),在骨母细胞型、软骨母细胞型与纤维母细胞型中阳性表达率分别为98.65%,92.37%,90.36%,三者之间差异无统计学意义。HSP70在骨肉瘤中的表达与病理分级有明显相关性(P<0.05),与临床分期无关(P>0.05)。结论:HSP70在人骨肉瘤组织中高表达,可作为判断恶性程度的重要指标以及肿瘤免疫的重要靶位。
Objective: To detect the expression of heat shock protein 70(HSP70) in osteosarcoma and explore its role in anti-tumor immunity. Methods: Fifty-five cases of osteosarcoma and thirty cases of normal bone tissue were detected for expression of HSP70 by means of immunohischemistry (IHC). Results: The expression rate of HSP70 was 96.4%(53/55) in osteosarcoma, but 20%(6/ 30)in normal bone tissue. The difference of average positive cell rate in osteosarcoma and normal bone tissue was significant(P〈0.01). The positive cell rate in the three types was 98. 65%, 92.37% and 90.36% respectively, and the difference had no statistical significance (P〉0. 05). The expression degree of HSP70 in osteosarcoma maybe relate to histolobical grade (P〈0.05), but not to the clinic stage (P〉0.05). Conclusion: HSP70 is over expressed in osteosarcoma and it maybe plays a contributive role on the pathogenesis and development in human osteosarcoma.
